What is a liquid contract manufacturer?
A liquid contract manufacturer produces liquids for brands. Many brands out there contract out their production so that they can run their business efficiently or focus on selling their products. Some brands do not have the capital to invest in necessary GMP compliant facilities, like clean rooms, pest prevention, not to mention all of the documentation, training, and testing required.
Do you do anything other than liquid contract packaging?
We are an exclusively liquid contract manufacturer. The thickest thing we manufacture and fill are products that have a viscosity equal to or less than 250,000 cP. Our equipment and line are designed for liquid manufacturing. We manufacture herbal tincture products as well as liquid nutraceutical products. Why would I want to have my formula in liquid form?
We are biased towards liquids, admittedly. We started as a herbal tincture manufacturer after all. To many of our customers, the biggest benefit to liquid dietary supplements is that they are more readily absorbed by the body since they are already in liquid form. Some people have an aversion to swallowing pills, so pre-made liquid nutraceuticals are a great option.
Do you have stock formulas?
We are a private label supplement contract manufacturer that specializes in custom liquid formula manufacturing. We work with brands on their custom formulas. In addition, we have formulators on staff that are ready to work with you to develop your product.
