Our work with CBDs
In 2020, Yellow Emperor opened our manufacturing floor to companies working with CBDs. The decision was heavily weighed by the number of inquiries that we receive. It was also influenced by the trajectory towards legality of CBDs as we saw it. Until there is accepted regulation on the federal level, we will work with companies that are based or have distribution out of the state, based on their state’s regulations.We here at Yellow Emperor work with industry leaders on this and other issues. As active participants in the natural products industry, we are aware that there needs to be clarity around the legality and usage of CBD in products. We are here to support the CBD industry as much as possible until we get more clarity.
