A couple of representatives from Yellow Emperor went to Supply Side West this year in Las Vegas. This year, our main purpose for attending was educational.
Therefore, we went to workshops such as “Sustainable, Safe Packaging for CPG Brands” and “Co-packers: Helping Navigate the Food and Beverage Landscape.” Additionally, we walked the show floor to meet current and new vendors to source the variety of ingredients for the manufacture of our customers’ products.The most interesting day was Saturday, the all-day AHPA Botanical Congress. It was an entire day of speakers covering a variety of industry topics ranging from the US-China trade tariff implications to sustainability to traditional medicinal practices all over the world.
Ultimately, we go to shows so that we can better serve our customers. They are exciting, educational, and exhausting.
