To Infinity and Beyond SpaceX!
We are so proud of our Director of Operations, Tami King, for her participation in the SpaceX competition. Though she didn’t win a ticket to ride into space, she did win a ticket to watch the launch in Florida. To qualify for this, she started a business, King’s Holistic Helper, and because she sold a certain quantity of products, she won a ticket, $500 stipend, and access to a pre-launch gala.
Tami is also donating $1 for every bottle sold to help with the fire relief of the devastating Holiday Farm Fire in OR in 2020. She, her husband, and dogs were one of the many evacuees of the Vida area. They were displaced for over a month and, for most of that time, did not know what condition the house would be in once they returned. The fire came within 5 feet of their home and thankfully, due to the heroics of firefighters, their home was saved. Unfortunately, many of their neighbors were not so lucky and lost their homes.
Tami is awesome and we are lucky to have her as a part of the Yellow Emperor team! We wanted to give her some much needed public acclaim – congratulations, Tami!
